Getting started in Free Online Bingo.

It’s very simple to get started and play free bingo for great prizes. Listed below are answers to some of the first questions you may have. There is also a more complete set of questions and answers in our Help and FAQ section.




How do I register?

To register simply go to the Register link. Once there you will need to complete all the fields necessary please note the alias will be displayed in the chat rooms and it is how other players will know about you - No rude words please

You will immediately be sent an email with an accountid and the password you choose. Please note that you can only login to the site with your accountid number. Your account will automatically be funded with $1000 FREE and you are then ready to play free bingo!

Only one account per player is permitted. Players opening more than one account without authorisation are subject to having their accounts closed.

What can I win?

There is a Monthly Prize Draw, where any wining between that month will count as a entry for that month priz draw.

Let say you won 10 games in one month then you will have 10 entries for the prize draw.

You can check how many entries you have earn by going into "My Account" link inside the member area.

Occasionally there will be additional events throughout the year when more prizes can be won in different competitions. Keep checking our home pages for details on such events.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Only one account per player is permitted. Players opening more than one account without authorisation are subject to having their accounts closed.

I haven't received my registration email.

Firstly make sure you typed the correct email address when you registered. You may not receive your registration email if we have been given an mistyped or misspelt email address for you. If you have not received the email within 24 hours you may need to sign up again using a valid email address.

Automatic but legitimate email is sometimes mistakenly categorized as Spam. Your service provider may mistakenly think that your validation message is Spam and place the message into your Bulk Mail or Spam folder. If your registration email does not arrive, please check your ‘Bulk Mail’ folder. And remember to add freebingo.co.uk to your list of approved senders.

To avoid this happening and to ensure that we are able to reach you in future, for example when you win one of our prizes, please make sure you can get our emails.

When I try to sign up it says that my email address is already being used.

If you have already started the registration process with your email address it will already be known by our system. If you try to perform a SECOND registration with the same email address you will receive a message saying that it is already in use.

If you believe you have NOT received a registration email. Firstly, double-check that it has not been blocked by your spam filters. Automatic but legitimate email is sometimes mistakenly categorized as Spam. Your service provider may have mistakenly thought that your registration message is Spam and placed the message into your Bulk Mail or Spam folder. If your registration email does not arrive, please check your ‘Bulk Mail’ folder.

If you haven't received a registration email contact stating the username or email address that you used when you signed up. We will resend the registration email.
